Standard International shipping is not insured and any item sent using this method will not be refunded or replaced should it not arrive at the delivery address.

An Express and Insured delivery option is available and should be purchased by all international buyers who would wish to claim for the full cost of their order in the event that it was lost in the post/stopped by customs or did not arrive for any other reason. If the express and insured option is not selected hypnofit ltd are unable to resend or refund any order from international buyers that does not arrive at the delivery address, proof of posting will be available to all buyers in the event that an order is lost or stopped by customs etc.
